1. How do i get started?
Once payment is confirmed, we immediately begin setting up your website (domain, hosting, SSL, etc.) and start development.
2. How long does it take to build my website?
- 1-Page Starter – up to 3 business days
- 5-Page Popular – up to 7 business days
- E-commerce Website – up to 30 days
Timeline may vary depending on how fast you submit your content.
3. What do I need to provide?
You need to send:
Business details
Images (if available)
Content (or we can assist)
Design peg (optional but recommended)
Delays in submission = delays in website completion.
4. Will my website go live immediately?
Yes. Once setup is complete, your website will go live within minutes using an “under construction” page while we continue building it.
5. Can I request changes?
Yes.
During development → unlimited minor revisions
After launch → up to 10 days modification period
Send revisions via email (with screenshots if possible).
6. Can I change the design after launch?
If you request a completely new design or layout after launch, this will require a redesign fee.
7. Will I have access to my website?
Yes, you can request admin access.
However:
You’ll be responsible for any changes made
Fixing issues caused by edits may have additional fees
8. Do you offer website updates?
Included:
- Text or image changes
- Minor content edits
- Fixing broken links
Not included:
- New pages
- Full redesign
- Major layout changes
9. How fast is your support?
Our response time is:
24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri)
Emergency issues (like site down) are prioritized
10. Is there a yearly renewal fee?
After 1 year:
- ₱3,750/year (Starter & Popular)
- ₱4,500–₱5,500/year (E-commerce)
Includes:
- Domain
- Hosting
- SSL
- System maintenance
11. What happens if I don’t renew?
Website will be deactivated on expiry
Deleted after 7 days
Recovery may not be guaranteed after long delay
12. Do you offer refunds?
Refund is only possible if:
No work has started
No tools (domain, hosting, etc.) have been purchased
No refund if:
Work has started
Website preview is already provided
Delay is from client side
13. Will my website have your branding?
Yes, a small footer credit:
“Web Design by Libetario”
You can remove it for a ₱500 one-time fee
14. Do I get a business email?
Yes.
1 free business email included (5GB storage)
Additional emails: ₱699/user/year
Note: Email service is provided via a third-party system.
15. Will my website be used in your portfolio?
Yes. Your website may be used for:
Portfolio
Social media
Showcasing to future clients
16. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Bank transfer
GCash / Maya
Card / PayPal (+5% fee)
